An immersive AI-driven installation created for the Energy Transition Hub in COP28's Green Zone at Expo City Dubai. Inspired by the UAE's national Ghaf tree, the installation guided each visitor through a personalized sustainability journey — collecting their choices and pledges to generate a unique visual experience that was different for every person who walked through.

The installation ran continuously across the full two-week event at one of the most visited climate summits in history. Thousands of individual visitor journeys were processed without interruption,
